There is a songthat has this one line, "Look up, You are Loved." When you feel over-whelmed in life trials, the song teaches that all you have to do is look up. This act of looking up helps you to see where your help comes from and know that there is a God who loves you.
Sometimes the burden or shame that we are going through makes it almost impossible to look up. The weight of the world presses us to give up. While it is almost impossible for us to look up, we can rest in the knowledge that with God all things are possible. We are loved unconditionally.
