Focus on the Butterfly

I always like to chase down the butterflies as they fly pass me. The other day the butterfly landed on the rail and I could see it through the hole in the post. I wonder if my camera would focus just on the butterfly. It took some adjusting but I got it to focus.

Sometime it is hard to focus on the things that matter when there is so much of life in the way. We get distracted and focus on the surroundings instead of the place that God wants us to focus on.

I find myself working harder than what God wants me to because I cannot stay focus. I need to direct my eyes to Him. I need to see past the post, to the object beyond and see the picture that is there.
