This past month has been one of the warmest month I have experience in years. Even the turtles at the marsh did not know what to think. It is very unusual to see one sunny itself during a month that should have freezing temperature.
They are calling for snow this weekend. Winter looks like it will finally arrive. I am looking forward to seeing the ground covered with the white stuff. Snow can be that four letter word that put fear into your soul. It is also one of the prettiest thing to see.
I think I will not be seeing the turtles in January. This past December, I can say goodbye to the turtles until spring. I know, I will be looking forward to that as well.
