Eastern Towhee

This is a new bird for me. The reddish brown on it's side caught my eye. So I took the picture came home and looked it up.The Eastern Towhee is a year around bird for this area yet I only seen it a couple of time. It is a pretty bird.

Someone told me that just in the Mariner along there has been over 100 species of birds documented. Well I guess I got my work cut out for me. I am going to see how many I can come across. As of this time I have documented at least 50.

When I became a bird watcher I do not know. But I love the chase. So birds beware. I am looking for you.
