Whenever I come across a bush with berries on it, I search the branches for birds. This sweet little guy flew in and landed right by me. I think he was just as interested in me as I was in him.
Food becomes sort in supply during the cold months. These berries are a good source of food for the migrating birds as well as the native ones. I have caught many of birds feeding off these each year. As yummy as they look, I would not eat them.
Even though these berries are good for the birds, they would make me sick. I am glad that they can enjoy them. Berry good for the birds.
